VOLUNTEER TASKS
Class Kits
Help assemble class boxes. Alphabetize kits for quick distribution. Distribute kits. Assemble kits for on site sales of classes.
Hospitality
Greet people as they enter the lobby, give directions for pre-sold tickets. Answer questions. Draw attention to sponsors tables. Pass out Sponsor cups. Tell them where the bathrooms are.
Class Attendant
Help teachers carry their stuff to the classroom. Be a runner if something is needed during the class. Assisting students with any of their needs. Help clean up the classroom and remove trash for the next class.
Check tickets and help with seating and any special needs.
Security
Take pre-sold tickets for entrance to the vendor floor. Direct them to registration to purchase tickets . Check to see if kids have tickets and are 10 years old and up. Walk around/monitor the parking lot and answer any customer questions.
Stars On Stage
Be a timekeeper to keep the classes beginning and ending on time. Check tickets, and direct them to their table and seats. Assist teachers passing out supplies and anything they might need. Clean up after each class and get the trash.
Paris Tea Party
Help set up tables with table covers, centerpieces, tea cups, silverware, napkins and champagne glasses. Help make centerpieces using vases and fresh flowers. Assist in making tea. Serve sandwiches, scones etc, We need one person per table to give our guests the best service possible.
Meet and Greet
Greet guests at the door and take their tickets. Help set up the room. Pass out swag. Make sure sponsors, vendors and teachers have everything they need!
Trading Post
Assist guests and vendors at the Trading Post booth where artists will exchange supplies and other cool stuff!
Study Hall
Help students find a seat and place to work after hours. Be a runner for teachers that are helping if they need anything.
Vendor Floor
Check tickets for shopping. Help customers with their packages. Keep it picked up and take out trash. Watch for anyone that needs assistance. Help directing them to the vendors they may be looking for,
Vendor Help
Help vendors set up their booths and tear them down. Assist vendors with anything they may need. Relieve them for bathroom breaks and things of that nature.
Scavenger Hunt
Check for tickets and help them find the goodies all around. You will be given a map of where to look. Pass out bags for collecting.
Help in will call
Help keep the lines running smoothly and assist as needed.
Event and class updates
Keep boards updated and let the ticket sellers know when it is sold out
Vendor Help

Food Trucks
Show attendees where they are, what foods are available, menu and pricing info. Point out the picnic tables outside.

Free aprons and so much appreciation. Each teacher, vendor or event sponsor will be encouraged to tip accordingly.

Availability of positions hours and dates, will be posted

Please check there to sign up on a first come first serve basis.

We will update the availability daily with the times you are needed to be there.
